Banana bread with Skor and cashews

I finally got the ingredients together to throw down a banana bread. The results are shown here. It’s good, the crushed up Skor is key, but I think I should’ve either toasted the cashews or used some crunchier nut.
I finally did this, perhaps somewhat inspired by this student movie that one of my roommates showed me. He had made this three piece mini movie that was almost like, well, food porn. Within the bounds of art and school and whatnot, but it was definitely awesome. And with ‘foodporn’ of the sort shown here, no one should get offended. I hope at least.
PS here’s to hoping for Jill Carroll’s release.
